The *NEW* Good Morning Thread!
We use Outlook at work, plus I have it on my home computer. I didn’t see any issues today.
edit:
I just saw your other thread the issue was with the preview pane. I have that disabled so I prolly wouldn’t notice an issue.

If you have the preview pane disabled you definitely won't have an issue. Additionally, what is often the case sizable organizations don't roll out updates as soon as they're released since updates are generally bundled together and pushed out to clients most often several months later or longer after updates are released. The affected version may not be applicable to volume licensing versions of the Outlook Client. It may also depend on whether a company is running their own Exchange Server or Office 365 (cloud). I rolled my version back to the build date of April 23 Version 2103 (Build 13901.20462) which is the only fix thus far until Microsoft releases a certified update. They're honestly just now trying to determine exactly what Outlook clients are being affected & why only certain Outlook clients.
This is the fix to roll back to the previous build version of Outlook>>> https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...f-b658886e21b5

Chris, love that 442 ad, I've never seen that one.. Went to a old school "bone yard" yesterday to look for some of those plastic sleeve type things that hold seat belts up in the seat in the center. My seat I put in the 56 is the rear seat of a 03 F250 4 door and the set belts are aftermarket. It's really hard to buckle your seat belt, requires both hands. Anyway I had no idea what type of car or truck to look in. Finally found what I wanted in a 73 Cheby pick up, but they were trashed, so found a old Suburban that someone had already removed the seat. Good deal! Easy to remove and even grey to match my seat. It was fun to scrounge around. OK, Now how did I get on italicized print? Boy sometimes I hate this touch screen laptop... Very easy to do unintended things but hard to correct . Oh now what??? huh? hmmmm...
I'll delete this...fun eh?

Greg - Say you took your girlfriend fishing last weekend but weren't interested in broadcasting her image to everyone as they reviewed your post or all the posts on a particular thread (page). You could hide the image using a Spoiler (if you choose).

P.S., I love that ad too, it's so period correct! I need to get that in the metal sign variety for my garage, they aren't too expensive!

Norm - I'm at a loss in regard to your comment "My seat I put in the 56", I didn't know you owned a '56 of any make, or is that a typo???

Greg, thanks for the comment on the ad!
I don't recall saying anything regarding me having something against 69 - yet, feel free to disparage. I guess I should have read the writing on the wall - it's because of what you have (not why you have them).
Mike is going to read these posts and wonder WTF is wrong with us; yet, he does own an amphi which goes both ways. BTW, when others say someone is light in the loafers, switch hitter, goes both ways, etc. - around here we say he's a little "off-shore".
Hi everyone.
Mike has given up asking WTF. Nothing phases me. Besides saying my car goes both ways, you could also say it's a little off shore. This is what I think of when a car goes both ways.
Rainy today. Apparently the bad lead was caught off guard when we left so early yesterday, so he made sure that didn't happen today. We left a little before 1. Eh, what am I going to do outside anyway? I got plenty to do inside.
Going to drop off the car at the mechanic's in a little bit. The tires are wearing a little too much and whatever is bent is starting to make noise. Gotta get it fixed before getting new tires. The guy I'm taking it to did a good job with my pickup truck a few months ago. It needed a new front hub assembly. So we'll see how he does with front end work.
I can't believe Wednesday is done with already. Each of these days has been s-l-o-w. I hope the weekend is nice.
Okay be around later.

Here's an animated video of our new clubhouse being constructed. They've finished work on engineer sight leveling, installed bulkhead on river (Newport River) behind new clubhouse, brought in 300 truckloads of soil (drained a lake and took soil from the lake) for parking lot & clubhouse and leveled the parking lot and clubhouse for footings & foundation. Supposed grand opening next year.
Looking at that " goes both ways " VW, reminds me of something I wanted to do with a 80's FWD car (K car, Citation, Escort ,etc) Take 2 same type 4 door cars and cut them in half between the doors. Weld the front end halves of them together to make a car that could go both ways, It would be a hoot, You'd have to put one bucket seat in facing each steering wheel. Oh maybe I drank to much back then.....
Norm, Very nice
FWIW, when I was a kid one of my down the street neighbors went to camp seagull in Moorhead city
Norm Chris, I'm pretty sure you can forget about Mike ever asking you to join him at the Awful House

Hey guys,
Pretty day here today, although unseasonably cool with a high of 85. Went out this afternoon and did some very minor touch up cleaning on the 4-4-2. Unfortunately, it is looking more and more like both the shows I wanted to attend this weekend are going to be washout. Now there's an 80% chance of rain Saturday, and a 70% chance of rain Sunday. Plan B is a cruise-in on Friday evening when it's supposed to be 70 and sunny, up on a portion of Old Rt. 66.
Headed out in a minute to go to a Mexican restaurant, my girls are taking my wife out for her Mother's Day / B-day celebration, 6 adults and 4 grandchildren. We gave them a heads-up the crazies are coming..
Have a great evening!

It wasn't 'considerable', but there was a slight 'bump'. The Board of Directors also implemented a 'contingency' bucket of money over the next two years - you could pay up front (which I did) or pay quarterly at a higher amount. Our Pro (who is also the financial manager) has done a remarkable job of taking our club to new levels and garnering flourishing membership. The younger families are joining like it's a frenzy, we've had our membership capped at 800 members for the past year & there remains a waiting list of ~250 members. I've attended a couple of our Board meetings and they're heading in the absolute correct direction. Unless I have something specific to entertain with the Board members, I don't go the meetings. I get real tired real quick listening to several members complain about the price of a hot dog & being required to pay a 15% service gratuity for member charges at our restaurant/lounge. Golf is not an inexpensive leisure sport activity, if you can't afford a hot dog you can't afford golf.

Sounds like your club management really has their act together, and that's a great thing!

James - I'd invite Mike to join me at the Awful House. Mike's one of the most decent & nicest people I've met on this forum. I believe I've eaten at an Awful House 4-5 times in my lifetime - all have been on road-trips. The Awful House is to Mike as Cheers is to Norm. How could Mike not want to invite Norm to the Awful House?
Norm, Sounds like your club is on the right track. Younger members are the life blood. Old pharts like me aren't going to spend the big bucks on weddings etc that foot straight down to the bottom line
My place even has a day care so Mom can come and yoga /exercise/play tennis whatever and leave the yard apes in day care for a few hours
Is your club golf only or does it have swim tennis, exercise rooms, sauna etc

James - I highly suspect your club contains better appointments & accoutrements. Our club is heading down that direction. We installed ~$2.3MM two years ago to include a new outdoor pool, lounge & outdoor short-order grill (a solid revenue highlight). That investment also included changing all greens to Bermuda TifEagle, course renovation(s) to select holes, bunker refurbishments/upgrades (new [better] sand/bunker drainage), installation of many new French drainage systems & enhancements to current drainage.
Our current ~$7.7MM investment (loan) will include a new clubhouse, a new cart barn storage facility, a new parking facility & a short-term boost to operational expenses to facilitate these improvements (including several other itinerant course improvements). But, our current loan does not include funding for tennis or sauna. The Board is deciding what to do with our current clubhouse/restaurant - which thus far I believe is leaning towards renovation to an exercise/fitness facility. The current clubhouse/restaurant building, including one other outdoor building had new metal roofs and siding installed to match the new outdoor lounge/swimming pool facility and the theme of the new clubhouse (with previous loan). The new loan will also roll the previous loan into one longer-term loan. I don't recall the exact numbers and certain items are still being discussed with the lender regarding facility investments to the property, but I believe the new loan will total Northwards of ~$15MM. The club was established in 1952 as a public course and it remains a public (semi-private) course. We also installed Social Memberships two years ago. The funding has been approved it's a matter of negotiating some details with the lender.
Curtis Strange is our local namesake resident (Morehead City) property/home owner. I like your club's idea of yard ape management facility. I think I'll discuss your idea with our Pro (Nick) and a couple Board members.

I have a tee-time today @ 11:35am & a tee-time tomorrow @ 8:30am. Our Member/Member tournament is this weekend (Sat/Sun). The playing field is capped - 168 member participants: two-member teams. Each flight contains six teams (12 members/flight) x 14 flights yielding 168 members.
Tournament Formats:
Saturday: 1st Nine = Best Ball
Saturday: 2nd Nine = Texas Scramble
Sunday: 1st Nine = Superball
Sunday: 2nd Nine = Alternate Shot
Best Ball
Each player will receive 100% of their adjusted course handicap.
Players will play their own ball on each hole taking the best net score.
Texas Scramble
Both players tee off. The best tee shot is chosen.
Players then play their own ball until the ball is holed with the best score being used.
Tee shot can be moved 6 inches no closer to the hole without changing
terrain with the exception of the putting green.
Superball
Best shot is used for each shot with each player playing from the
chosen ball until the ball is holed. Ball can be moved 6 inches no closer to
the hole without changing terrain with the exception of the putting green.
One ball rule applies.
Alternate Shot
Players will make a decision who will tee off on either the odd or even holes.
From the tee shot on players will alternate shots until the ball is holed.
If player A hits a ball out of bounds or in a
hazard player B will hit next from the spot player A hit from.
Under no circumstance will a player hit two shots in a row.

We don't have Awful Houses here in Michigan, so only time I have been is when I've been on the road down south. I love their breakfasts! I would love to go with Mike there! Beautiful morning here today. Come on Spring!!
