Wow Chris the bedroom looks like it belongs in a magazine. With all the new floor and painting it will be like living in a new house. Now you need a new car to go with it.
Tomorrow starts my second week of fake retirement. The following Monday it's back to work but I'll worry about that when it comes up. Supposed to be nice so I plan on working a lot on cars. I need to finally get new tires for the van. I found 4 truck rally's and took them to my work last night and cleaned them up on the aluminum oxide blaster and painted them. They look great.

I just installed this on the bucket of the tractor so if I have another attachment on the rear, I can still move the trailer with out taking off the attachment
Nice. Being able to drive up to the trailer vs backing to it will be a huge help. You will be moving stuff just for the fun of it... saying to yourself "This is awesome"

Jim - Just curious whether the receiver piece you added to the bucket is welded vs. bolted as Keith suggested? Looks to me like it should be a really sweet set-up! Hope it works as intended!

Chris take a look at the piece as an assembly. Hooks, Rings, Receiver Channel welded to a plate molded to fit the top of the bucket then bolted to the top of the bucket. neat idea. Take it with you if you ever trade or upgrade.

I think the limit may be the amount of down tilt on the bucket over the bucket lift. Nice bolt on kit.
I think maybe a drop hitch used in reverse would keep the trailer inclined at about ten deg when the bucket is down. This would give more dump angle on high, if needed.
Norm, I'm not too concerned about the bolt strength. I was a little surprised as how easy it was to drill the holes in the bucket. It was much harder installing ( drilling holes in the top rail) for the gate assist on my small trailer. I don't want the top of the bucket to fold down with the trailer weight

That looks like my tractor in the picture. I'd have use for a set up like that, I might look into it. I only have my big truck to move trailers around with, not always convenient.
Last appointment with the ortho today, I've felt great since surgery, no problems. I'd like to see the Xray, he never even showed me the new part before it was put in. It would be neat to see that thing in there doing its job.

Just beautiful here right now, sunny and 72° at 1300. Weatherman is talking about thunderstorms tomorrow, maybe some severe?
Spent the morning working on my car. I had purchased new mounting brackets for my auxiliary cooling fan late last summer and just got around to installing them today. Tight quarters working between the front lattice of the grill and the fan, but got the broken ones out and the new ones in. Car season will be here before I know it now. Biggest things I have left to do are oil change and front end lube, some engine bay detailing, and swapping out the current 17" aluminum Torque Thrust style wheels/tires for the set of 15" reproduction SSI's I have. Not much really, I think swapping out the wheels/tires will take the longest.

Chris, that entertainment center in the bedroom is sweet. A nice look to it. Mike, what did I miss. What type of ortho surgery did you have? I just finished watching Monsieur Spade on AMC. I thought that it was quite good. Sam Spade in France circa early 1960's. Six part series. Clive Owen is the lead ( an englishman portraying an American in France). Probably the next series that I am considering is Shogun on FX, which airs later this month.

Thanks Dan for the compliment on the "entertainment center", it's really just a standard dresser drawers, another of my wife's beautiful creations. That's my primary clothes dresser in that room. My wife uses the tall Armoire since it also has substantial storage.

Mom liked Bogie as I suspect most people liked Bogie - I liked him, as well. Clive Owen is a good actor. I only have Netflix - no AMC. This reminds of the days my attention was 1st drawn to Peter Lorre. He really died at an early age. I remember how I'd just like about anything he was in because he played some creepy roles and played them well. He died when I was 12 yrs old (1964). Don't think I was ever really aware he died back then - he just faded away. I finished (Netflix) 'Obliterated' last night. I thought it was very entertaining. Last month Netflix indicated it was not producing a Season 2 even though it was rated in the top 10 Netflix when released. I can't figure that one out. Lucky Chris is seeing 70s already. It's going to be awhile before we see those numbers along the Atlantic coast - we're getting there, but slowly.

Well, the researcher in the video is same researcher identified in other more reputable sources. I believe the novelty is: (1) the largest snake ever recorded and (2) it is a cross between two anaconda species (which led to scientific publication).
