Olds Gold Engine paint. (72 350 Rocket)

I've got a 72 Cutlass S that I recently bought for my dad. I'm looking for some reproduction engine enamel in that Olds Gold. anyone have any leads or suggestions on what brand is best to go with?

Any pics/examples would be great. Thanks!

The problem with that is that all of the raw ingredients (pigments, binders, base, etc.) have changed since then, and the originals are no longer available.
An experienced paint man can often figue out general equivalences, but exact translations are difficult to impossible.
Also, with constantly tightening environmental regulations, in a wide variety of jurisdictions, the raw ingredients of today may not be those of tomorrow.

Olds Gold Engine Paint

Hi, an American company called POR supply a one pint tin of Olds Gold engine paint and is good for temps up to 300f. If you go to http://www.por15.com/Engine-Enamel/products/7/ you will see they do either the paint or a complete kit option.
I've used it myself and can say it has lasted well on my 1975 Delta 88 Royale under English weather conditions. If you want to see the Olds she is on www.kentuckycars.co.uk
