Time slips, what ya got?
I love the level of superior overtones in some of theses comments. Here is my take. Racing is both skill and luck. If you ain't racing professionally and making money on it then you are just another amateur in the broad spectrum of drag racing in this case . So the whole argument of skill is kind of bulk and void since pros set the pace.

You would be wrong and I don't use electronics. Also, racers that win don't "time the lights" with their eyes. If you are running Pro/Mod you react to the bottom bulb and set your car up to give you the reaction time you desire. You adjust the car for your reaction time not the driver. You are free to do as you please but you will win a lot more if you learn how to play the game.
I would have to go look through some time slips to tell you (if I can even find them, not much of a time slip saver). I'm sure it would be from the 2018 season when I won a Summit Super Series points championship in my red 65 foot brake car at Dragway 42. I have not raced the blue 69 yet, only test hits to get used to the car.
All I can say is I raced at 4 different tracks last year for various events and the roll out is always a little different . I can cut great lights are the grove and Byron where I go more to ., where as us41 and Cordova it was tricky to figure out the sweet spot and the lights always kind of vary ever so slightly .

I'am thinking you get chased a lot.........then you get the fender LOL
I have a few track wins to get the money at the end of the night. I just need to get 67 reworked and Rocket Vapor finished where I can race it! I want to be able to pick a car and go run where I want when I want. Vortex I bet you do have a few stories.lol
My 87 442 9-16-1 403, 18” vacuum, 2004R, 373. 3631 w/me, ac , all accessories. This is deep staged and I leave it in 3rd, I do not shift it. This car will xerox copy time sheets all day. Yes....It has a Q jet. It doesn’t have to be fast to be a bad ************
Nice car and time Dan! Welcome back! My 358 build is almost all machined. Mine will have similar manners, a 2350 stall slightly tweaked 2004R and custom Qjet done by me as well. I will try and get a couple of runs this year. Unfortunately the 3.90 gears and posi won't go in this year. I am hoping for 14 flat with the 2.78 open gears.
