Little fun at the track

Since we've finally got her running (mostly) well, we took her out to the track today. Only have an 1/8th mile track here but we were getting close to 9 sec even with little experience on the track. Lot of fun, not nearly as exciting as the beefed up cars out there but she's still pretty close to stock.

Way to go! Where a rocket belongs, at the launch pad You'll get the staging and launch down after a few runs. 1/8th are won off the line, no time for mistakes or catching up.

Thanks for the compliments. Looks more dramatic in a still frame than in motion. Working the kinks out. I think I need to move to a 3 speed, just don't want to spend the money. 60 over D block build (437) pump gas, nothing special.
