yes original intake and carb but needs a good rebuild And I have a 73 to 74 dist with a Mallory uniliteral ignition conversion kit which I found out is worth about 175 dollars :O

The unilite sucks and you cant use it as I think your car came with hei. Find an hei from a 307 non computer controlled and fix it up. unilite conversions operated at lower volts so running a full 12 on a 9v. system will fry it and the unilites are temperamental. not 100 on that., the unilite conversion was intended to convert point to magnetic pick up or eye pick up which ever it was. This means it was used with a resistor wire. Something your omega does not have. Just some food for thought.

Good from points to the conversion but I think you are better of using and hei. I don't think you can run the conversion set up since resistor wires dropped to 9v when hot . If you have hei you have 12v. All the time . I don't think the unilite set up is meant to be ran on 12 constant.

Head gaskets $18 ea

VR gasket set $48
VICTOR REINZ Part # 953015VR
Rock Auto dot com is your friend
just make sure they ship your order from one place.
Not you will still need the INTAKE GASKET [huge]
and freeze plugs
Inspect your crank before buying bearings. I have seen used bearings with no problem at all, good to go.... I have also seen "about to fail" exposed copper bearings, and totally toasted cranks upon inspection.
Inspect and clean first
THEN buy

Points to hei you just need to back trace your power resistor wire and replace it with regular I think 14g wire for true 12v power or run a new wire off of a 12v ignition point and cap off the resistor wire
Not sure about tuning

i ran mine from the junction box at the fire wall which is 12v. hot all the time. I ran my dist. to a kill switch so it now has an anti theft device. Mac your engine will probably run fine with 12 degrees initial . The total you can figure out once you get there but there is a way to find out total timing with out running it on an engine I have a book on just distributors.

Mac, on the fuse box is an IGN terminal which is 12v with the key on. Run a 12ga wire from there to the Batt terminal on the HEI. Cap the resistor wire and stow it in case you decide to go back to points.
