delmontcruiser, so you need the stainless steel trim that goes on the outside of the rear glass? I probably have it, but it's mixed in with stainless trim from several different cars. I may need you to take some measurements for me to compare to.

If you would send me your email address in a PM I'll contact you through email. John

Do you have one of the shifter dust cover slider, shifter slider cover with the hole in it for the shifter handle to go through. For the Automatic shifter for a 1964 Olds Cutlass with the 2 speed automatic?
Thanks

Texas67olds, I know I don't have one from a 1967 Delta, but I do have some other parts like 1966 and 67 Toros. If you have the bad part, can you post pictures that I or someone else can try to match? With that thought in mind, have you posted a parts wanted ad yet?

1964droptop, sorry I don't have the slider for the shifter. I have two shifters that both are missing the top of the "T" handle and that's all for the 1964 automatic floor shifters.

Todd, I've picked up some glass but it's a mix of tinted and non-tinted. If it's not too much trouble could you dig yours out and send me photos? Then I can compare it to what I have.

2blu442, i am looking for a set of #5 heads that you will be able to ship to Tucson Az. Right now i am in Afghanistan and will be home in the middle of Dec, so i wont be able to buy them until then. If you do have a spare set laying around that you would like to get rid of let me know and i will happily take them off your hands. Just let me know what you think and if you are willing to hold on to them until i get home from this place lol. Thanks again. 1973oldsomega

1966 Alternator Brackets

Hi Greg
I know I had a set last summer, I'll have to check and see if I still have it or not. Work is really hectic right now, I'll make a note to myself and try to look for it next weekend. John

'75 Supreme clock wire

John,

Can you find a wire assembly for a '75 Supreme clock?

It is a simple thing : it runs from the back of the clock to the car's wiring harness. It has one gray wire to the lightbulb, one red wire to power the clock and one black wire for ground, I suppose.

Thanks...wazoo

Hi Wazoo
I've had a few mid-70's cars but don't think I saved the wiring harness's from any of them. I'll keep my eyes peeled but don't think I'll be able to help you.
Have you been over to 73-77olds.com? John

clock wire for '75 Cutlass

Yeah, I'm looking all over. I think that the term 'wire harness' scares folks; its this simple : Pull the left hand panel on a 73-77 Cutlass with the analog clock option. On the back of the clock, there is a simple three-wire assembly to the wiring harness...Thats what I need.

Perhaps its a GM-wide thing also...I'm not sure.

Thanks for keeping an eye out...wazoo

Andre, I don't know the answer to your question but I created a thread under the forum for body/paint > paint section. Here's the link

https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums...tml#post130341

Hopefully someone who knows the 1967's well can answer this for you. John

Justin, I might have the column but will have to check. Did you find the dust cover with the speedometer cable fitting?

Andre, I created a post asking about the trunk paint. There were some answers that will help you. Here's a link to that thread: https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums...7-cutlass.html

Hello Greg, I've been looking for those brackets but so far no luck. It's possible I already sold them to someone else, but I don't remember for sure.

roccetman, yes I have a 350 2 bbl with #5 heads. The brackets for alternator, AC compressor, etc have been removed as has the fan. But I believe everything else is there. Price would be $350 if you can come pick it up. If I need to put it on a pallet and ship it the price would be a little more to cover my time. It was a good runner when pulled years ago to install a 455 in the car. I have a 350 with #5 heads that came out of a 4 speed car but I've not had the time to check it out so I'm not sure of it's condition. One more 4 speed engine with #6 heads that's a good runner. I also have 350's with 6, 7, 7a and 8 heads, If you want something to rebuild I can provide a 350 longblock for $200. I've got lots of choices if your able to come by and check out the collection. John

John,

I looking for a chrome mirror for the passenger side door. 71 cutlass. It doesn't have to be great. I'm working on a new door that has the holes for one. I figure I can get repos later for both just need one to fill the holes in the door. If it is a little rusty it will match right now.
How much and shipping to 21601?
Thanks Larry

Joe, email sent about the heads and crank. Now that I see your zip code I'll come up with a shipping estimate for you. John

Hi Pete
I've got core engines with #2,3,4,5,6,7 heads. Yes I'd be willing to remove a set of heads for you. What part of the country (or which country) are you in? John
