I need a right hand front parking light bucket (the holder that contains the parking light socket that you bolt the lens to) for a 69 cutlass

Thanks John, I knew I wanted to get this hood if I ever got a 70 Cutlass. I was going to go with a way that you described to do the OAI system but I talked myself to go more with the factory look. Plus I just seen that super cars unlimited has a "race" version of the OAI top for 200 and some change that Im probably going to get. I know it doesn't look %100 factory but for around $200 less I can live with out the flapper.

Also do you have a 70 4bbl intake and Qjet? Thanks in advance.

Thanks. Sounds promising. The socket that holds the parking light bulb is also rusted out, so if you have a serviceable socket that goes with the parking light bucket, I could use that, too.

Hello Geezer
I know I have a power steering box from a 1965, and may have the power steering pump from a 330, but if they used different bracket on the 400 I don't have those. John

Geezer, PM sent

CHEPSKY@OPTONLINE.NET, I've got the wheels but shipping will probably double the price. Have you posted a parts wanted ad yet? I suspect you can find these wheels somewhere on the East Coast or at least mid-west. If you strike out let me know and I'll get a quote for you. John

Hi Jeremy, so far I'm striking out but I'll keep looking and let you know what I find. Is it different than the power steering one? I hadn't looked closely at the rag joints but thought they were the same for lots of years/models. Do you know which ones would interchange?

I'm taking photos of other parts request and will probably wait until after dark to post them. It's sunny and in the low 60's right now... days like these won't be common soon! John

I will take a pic of my old worn one, and count the splines. The power steering ones have a flat spot on one side and the manual steering ones are completely round with a different spline count.

Looking at the mirrors in your photos. Do you have a passenger side mirror for a 1964/1965 cutlass convertible. Also would like two mounting tabs also. What do you need for those items?
thanks
Denny

(How much for a couple of the mounting tabs?)

Jeremy, do you know if manual steering from newer cars (68-72) will interchange?

1964droptop, sorry I don't have any passengerside mirrors for the 1964-65 cars.

I'm not sure, but probably. If it's easier on you, I could mail you my current one for comparison.
I'm not sure if mine is stripped out, or if it's supposed to look like it does. There doesn't seem to be much "meat" on there though.
I'd like to be confident in the strength of my steering joints.... they might be important some day.

I got a hold of some 455 cranks locally on Wednesday. Thanks for the generous offer of shipping one out to me though.

I'm still looking for a driveshaft if you come across one, great. If not, no sweat. I'm going to try posting a wanted ad to see what's out there.

Thumbs up Thanks again John!

John, got the rims today! Only pulled 1 out, but if they all look that good, I'm a happy man! Thanks again! By the way, if you find two more exactly like those, 15X7, I'll take those also.....let me know if they're hiding somewhere!

Hi Erik
You should have gotten two packages, each package was two wheel boxes attached to each other one wheel each. So once both packages arrive you should have a full set of four. I shipped them at the same time so I hope you got or will get both packages close together. Keep me informed! John

Erik, I know I have at least one more but it has a bent spot on one side of the rim. I don't know if something like that can be fixed or not. John

Erik, I'll try to snap some pictures that capture the damaged spot.

squirell, I may have an extra 1967 hood spear. I'll look and see.

Steve, I no longer have the Vista Cruiser. The rust around the top glass was much worse than I expected when I bought it. Eventually I dismantled the car, but still have many of the parts.

Craig, I'll keep you in mind as there are a lot of old cars still sitting in the weeds here. My greatest challange is my "day job" really eats into the time I can spend with the "hobby"

Hi Denny
Sorry I hadn't got back to you yet on this. I need to make sure I have extra tabs first, I know I removed a couple mirrors to take pictures for someone wanting to know what they looked like. I don't want to split up the set of a tab and mirror. John

Weasel, I'm glad you found what you needed. Sorry I didn't locate one for you, work's been hectic lately.

Erik, I took pictures of the bent wheel this afternoon. I posted several views on my photobucket site. When you have a minute check them out and let me know what you think.

I don't have matching sets for most of them, so they would be different colors. I do have four of the bronze ones with round center caps, the rest may be one to three of the same color. I probably have three sets each of the 14X6 snap on and 14X7 bolt on, then two sets of the 15X7 snap on, 5 or 6 of the 1968 only 14X6 and I'm not sure how many of the 14X7 snap on. So check out the photos and let me know if you'd like to see more specific photos of anything. I can post them to the photobucket site or you can send me your email and I'll send them directly to you. I hope you guys have a Merry Christmas!

Hello Mike
I have a lot of wheels that are the 5 bolts on a 4 3/4" pattern, and some wheels that are the 5 on 5" pattern. I don't know what the 1964 Starfire used, but doubt I have the factory original style. Do you have a photo of what your looking for? John

John,

Would you have the center a/c duct (I think the manual calls it the manifold assembly) for 68 wth a/c? I need that and the one that goes to the center a/c outlet. See picture. I have all the other pieces, just need those two.
Thanks
Charlie
