Heat Riser

Hello Hamm36
All the heat risers I have were mounted on the passenger side. Are you sure yours came on the drivers side?

Let me back up, I'm thinking of the pipe that runs from the exhaust manifold to the air cleaner snorkel. If you are talking about something else give me more details on the part you need. John

Hello Olds friends. I am looking for a set of Alternator brackets for a 1972 350 Olds for the drivers side of the engine. I am told it is the factory set up for the 1972 Vista Cruiser. If not, This is still the set up that I need. If you have them can you please email me. Thanks, TBM

Alternator Brackets for Vista Cruiser

Hello TBM, yes that is correct for an air conditioning car. I have it but it may be the weekend before I have time to dig one out. Please send me an email or a private message with your address so I can provide shipping costs with the purchase price. John

1964 Parts

I'm not sure what I have available, my 1964 project car interior is pretty rough so much of it will be needed for that car. Send me a PM with your email address and I'll try to come up with a list and photographs of what I don't need. John

1964 parts

Hi Gene
I don't have a lot of 1964 parts available, but I believe I do have rear quarter panel extensions. Are those the 1/4 trim pieces you needed or are you looking for the long aluminum piece running down the sides?

Parts

Sorry Gene, my parts car was bumped in the nose and both front fenders have damage to the mouldings.

Tomppa, I had a couple 1968 Delta 88's but don't have any good bumpers left. The one rear I have has pretty deep rust pits in the back of it, I'm afraid if it were sandblasted it would have holes through the metal.

But is that bumper straight?
My own is twisted and rotten badly..
Holes can be fixed, i think that it needs to be rechromed anyway?

Tomppa, the cost of shipping from the West Coast of the US to Finland would be a lot. If your not in a hurry it would be nice to wait for a good one and possibly one in the South East US. They don't need to salt the roads there and you would only have to pay to ship across the pond, not that plus across the US.

Oldsconv I believe a trannie secured to a pallet would be about 225 pounds. It would need to be shipped freight which would probably cost more than what the trannie is worth. If I were you I'd try posting a parts wanted ad here and in your local Craigslist.com and try to get one close by. John

Parts

Meat, I have made a commitment on a 1965 Cutlass 4 door but I need to make room at the house before I can bring it home. When I get it I'll see what the steering wheel/horn assembly looks like compared to the 1964

Jim, is this the trim piece that runs along the top of the windshield on the inside?

John

AM/FM radio

Sorry I don't have one available, but I believe the 1970 and the 71-72 are different. I believe the 1970 has a large amp that's bolted in the dash behind it, then the 71-72 had the amp built on it. I haven't looked at one of these in years but I believe that's the way it is. John
