I looked this past weekend and struck out. I'll be looking through the parts for other items next weekend and will keep my eyes open for them. I don't remember exactly what they look like, but I have a 1973 98 rear bumper. So I'll be looking for the light housings that fit that bumper thinking it would be the same. John

I'm not sure what year/model of car your working on. But the only convertible I've parted out is a 1964 Cutlass, and I'm in the process if taking it apart right now. If you haven't created a parts wanted thread yet I'd encourage you to do so. Convertible parts are harder to find, but if you'll include the year and model of car your working on that would help.

If its for a non-AC car then yes I have the complete heater setup. Sorry, I don't have an extra set of parking lights.

Work got busy on me, so it may be a while before I can pull the parts for you.

Niko, I've got some 1969 rear ends but due to my work schedule it will be a while before I can dig one out for you.

Brick, I replied on another thread

Steve, I'm not sure I have an extra but will look around and get back to you. Work is very busy right now so it may be a while.

Sorry, I can't help you at this time. If you haven't created a parts wanted thread yet I'd encourage you to. In addition, if you haven't found the following site yet I'd give that a try too. John

Have a 67 Cutlass Supreme Convertible that needs a left rear quarter.
The fender is on the car but in pretty bad shape.

If i can find the rear quarter or the back half that will work too.

Thank you for your help

Crank?

John,
Any chance you have a 455 nodular crank drilled for a 4 spd? It will eventually go into a '68 Toro motor, if that makes a difference.

Frank, did you find the 1967 parts you needed?

Randy, I've got a few 1973 442 parts left. A nice fender, the upper header panel, tail lights, probably a few more odds and ends. Let me know what your looking for and I'll see if I have it.

Rich, I think I've got an extra crank that's drilled for the pilot bearing. But have you checked with your local machine shop to see what he'd charge to drill yours? I think most actually cut it on a lathe, but that may be much cheaper than the purchase plus shipping costs to acquire another one.

classicninja, I've got used pistons but if you've gone to the trouble of tearing down your engine this far you might want to invest in a set of new pistons.

Crank drilling

Thanks for the tip, John. I'll reach out locally and see what the going rate may be to drill my current/spare 455 crank. I'm not in a rush - still have a ton of chassis and interior work to do before I really start on an engine swap, anyhow

Cheers!
Rich

toomanyhobbies, I have a couple but don't know if they're nice enough for you. Please send me an email or pm with your email address and I'll try to get some pictures for you this weekend.

Rich, here's an old thread that has the details of how to cut the crank for the pilot bushing/bearing. You might print it and take this to your machine shop. John

What year/model of car are you needing parts for? Have you created a parts wanted thread yet?

Welcome to the site! Sadly nobody is reproducing these lenses and they are hard to find. I don't have any extras, but you might try creating a parts wanted thread. Another web site that you might visit is the w29 board. They focus on 64-65 cars and the link there is: http://w29.boards.net/

Check with JATA on this sight also known as familyrides on the w29 board, his prices are a bit higher but he seems to have quality parts out of Florida

Hi John, when you started this post (back in 2006!) you said you have #6 heads. Do you have a pair?

Yes, I've got a couple core 1970 350's and could provide just the heads or complete engine. John

64 Olds Trunk Springs

John, Happen to have 2 trunk springs from that 64 old convertible? may also be interested in the metal dash. I don't care about the pad or any of the trim/instruments etc.. Just the metal dash frame. Need the trunks springs more! But quote both if you have available. Thanks Brian
