Are those windows purely aesethic or did you put them there on purpose? If they were lower you would get better light on benchtops etc.

I've heard 12 foot ceiling height is the absolute minimum if one wishes to install a lift. Seems 14 foot would be the way to go.

Spoke with a surveyor for the town needs an A2.
Gonna shop around he wanted nearly 3k for a 1 acre survey.
