Arrow Olds' Cutlass Indicator light Out- Assistance Needed

On a 1986 Olds' Cutlass Supreme, the right indicator arrow is not lit when activating the signal. The left indicator is lit and works fine. The bulbs outside the vehicle are flashing, both sides. Is this a bulb inside the dash panel? Any assistance is appreciated.

Sounds like the indicator bulb is burned out.

Thanks very much Joe. Back in again, I guess. By the way, after buttoning up the dash the last time in replacing two 194 lamps, now there is a slight sporadic squeal of the speedo cable. Apparently, I upset something when replacing the instrument panel lamps. Got my hand from behind and sort of stretched the dash panel without removing the speedo cable and shift indicator clip on the steering column shift bowl. Is it essential to remove the 'indicator clip' to take out the dash panel or can I just unplug the speedo cable?

Here is the location of the clip on shift column.
