1970 cutlass supreme, two light socket need potential repair or replacement.

1st one: front turn signal and running light, all the electric in the socket works fine, housing grounds fine, but when I put in the 1157 light bulb I get no light, no turn signal or running light. If I "jiggle" the bulb I can get the running light, but it's tenuous at best, but no turn signal at all.
Any ideas? Can these sockets be replaced without replacing the whole housing?

2nd one: rear brake, tail and turn signal - the plastic insulator in the bottom of the socket literally disintegrated and the wires fell out of the socket. I have power to the wires ok. Can these sockets be repaired or replaced or do I need to replace the whole housing??? Any help here would be appreciated.
