I doubt it. What size tires will the 24" rims have? You can compare tire sizes here.

That will tell you how much bigger the 24" rims and tires will be than the OE rims. I imagine you might even need a lift kit and work to the wheel well to gets the 24" wheels to fit without rubbing.
