1969 Cutlass s convertible 15inch rally rims ?

What is the best stock 15 inch Ralley rims . Did they make a 15 inch rims with screw in center caps.
Looking for rim code and lrgest tire size with out rubbing.

They did make a 15 bolt on cap version. They are hard to find because they were only available for one or two years and are are priced accordingly. I run 245 60 15 BFG Radial TA’s on all for corners with no rubing on my 70 convertible. I think I could go wider in the rear but not the front.

My car is the same with 245-60-15s all around. Some folks have run 255-60-15s up front without rubbing, but on mine the drivers side rubbed on the fenderwell lip during turns. Prolly depends upon the suspension setup and condition as to whether it will rub or not. For the rears, 295-50-15s fit with room to spare but the 69s have less space in the rear wheel wells, so I don't know what the max width is for your car.

This is a picture of 14" bolt-on center wheels and 15" snap-in center wheels. Kinda hard to tell the difference unless you know what you're looking at.
