350 head bolt/stud question

Did a 1970 350 in a cutlass with no A/C have any head bolts that had studs on the top? My engine is away at the machinist and was taken apart before I bought the car. He says there are two head bolts with studs. With no A/C I can't see they were needed. Would they be there anyways? if so, where, the first long bolt on each side?

Thanks!

Pat

A lot of Olds V8's came with factory A/C but even non A/C motors had the studs. It is a spot the ground cable is attached. It is the first short bolt in the front corners.
