Question SBO Price check

I have a 1971 Olds 350 complete motor and the turbo 350 to go with it. I obviously just don't want to give it away or scrap it nor do I want to overprice it, any ideas on a decent price for trying to sell them? Would it be a better idea to try to sell as a package or separate?

Motor ran good when I got the car but ran a tad rich and needs plugs. The trans worked amazing and I suspect it has a shift kit installed.

Thanks

It is a lot easier to sell these components if the customer can hear it run/drive it. Running OE stock 350, $400 +/- TH 350 $150. IMHO.

Thanks. Never thought about someone potentially wanting to see it run but I was in to much of a hurry to get my 488 in.

Understandable. But if a guy can hear it run and verify oil pressure, it is worth more money.

I paid $400 for a 455 long block and TH 400 a few years ago. I couldn't confirm that they ran but my dad; Oldsguy, turned the engine over with a wrench before I sent him money to buy them.

I don't have too high of hope to actually sell it locally. Worth a shot if someone else can use it, if not guess it will live in my garage with the rest of the motors until I find a use for it. Just don't want to ask a blind price potentially asking to high. Hell I'd probably give it away if I knew someone was going to use it and not just resell for a profit.
