It would also be more helpful for you to attack one problem at a time. (How do you eat a elephant? One bite at a time.)
Also post one problem at a time as you solve it and ask advice, it is much less confusing for you and us.

Well she's running for fuel in her new filter pump works fine she needs a little tlc can already hear it missing basic tune up should straighten her out I'm worried though she's only pulling 50 pounds of oil pressure on cold start up but she moves to about 60 65 when given gas should I be worried maybe it's just the fact the oil hasn't been changed since about last year it lost its properties? Old qjet seems to be doing fine very responsive gonna change out the thermostat and try to get my water temp gauge in and hopefully driver her home this weekend

Bill, don't worry about the oil pressure. As long as the oil pressure is steady at idle you should be fine.
When you change the oil check for Babbitt in the filter and the oil. If there's glittery particulates then you should be concerned, but I'm sure it will be fine. Olds engines only have bottom end trouble if they are abused.

I got her home today drove her bout 5 miles didn't have my temp gauge hooked up but while running warm she had 40 to 45 pounds of oil pressure so I'm pleased with her got some oil leaks to take care of but so far this is a great start I'm happy with her and how she drives

I bled them enough to get her home gonna pick up a vaccuum bleeder to get em done right she's a great cruiser I think my list will go as followed
plugs and wires and reset points again
fluid change
brakes
shocks and suspension
later I might pull motor and degrease her
