1965 Door Locks
1965 Door Locks-SOLD
SOLD-Thanks for looking.
Anyone need a set of two door locks, removed from a 65 Olds 442 ? I just removed these. The driver's side has some dents on the chrome cap. It spins around and I had the dents facing down so they weren't noticed until I removed them. Looks like someone changed (or tried to) the cap. Other side is better. There are two keys, both the same cut, for the locks, and the locks work. Verified each key works in both locks.
If interested, I'd like to get $10 plus shipping for the pair. Looks like I can ship these Canada Post for about $6 to the lower 48. Total cost would be $16 if you're south of the border. I try to use PayPal if possible.
Thanks.

The ignition was an aftermarket unit. It had nuts on the back to hold bare wires. I replaced it with the f-85 ignition, and then had to change the door locks, too. Now the 442 is keyed correctly. I changed the whole wiring harness, as well, so there are no cut wires. Next, I have to change the trunk lock to match the glove box. Always another adventure.
