Underhood Paint, any suggestions?

just wanted to paint some parts under the hood..so i came acrosss this one:

http://www.eastwood.com/underhood-bl...&parent_id=103

is that true? it comes off with gasoline?

are there any simliar products i could use?

Eastwood Chassis Black seems to resist brake fluid, fuel and solvents...but its too glossy for firewall etc.

I used Eastwood, from a quart can. Sprayed over black epoxy. Spilled gas on it within a few days. Did not wipe up, afraid it would lift it. Let it evaporate, it stained. Wet sanded it out OK. Like the color, but would not use it again. Have not spilled gas on it again.
They do have a ceramic underhood black, but I can't speak for it.

Problem is, it is a 1k product. You need a 2k. 2k products are used with an activator or hardner. This will stabilize the product, making it non reversible.

These guys have a lot of stuff concerning rust prevention and restoring cars in general, I guess you know them already
I used the Brantho Korrux 3in1 Chassis black for my chassis and my engine bay. You can see the result in when you klick on the link in my signature.
It can be used as a 1k product, but there's also a hardener available to make it even stronger.
They also have some engine enamels!

If you are looking for a matte black for the engine bay, I use Spies Hecker FP 1004 Rallye Matte Black. You should be able to find it in Germany or similar Spies Hecker or Standox product....check with you local auto paint distributor.
