Steering Box '73 98

I just replaced several parts on the front end of my 98, tie rod ends, bushings, center link. Had it aligned. The front end feels much more secure, less "metal to metal" in the steering and handling. However, there is still some play in the steering. The steering box looks like it's leaking. Anyone have experience with replacing one? I wonder how involved the work is, and if it will correct the "play" issue even though the steering in the car is meant to be pretty easy.

Also think I have a leak in the power steering pump hose. If anyone has replaced that, would appreciate their thoughts. Thanks

Just replace it with a 1992-'98 Jeep Grand Cherokee box.

You'll be glad you did.
