Nice car, and last of the true 98's as it came with a V-8. Beginning in 1985, 98's could be had with only with V-6 engines.

At which point it was no longer truly a Ninety Eight, it should have been renamed Ninety Six.

I subscribe to this ideology :

Last year for the Toronado - 1985.
Last year for the Ninety Eight - 1984.
Last year for the Delta 88 - 1985
Last year for the Cutlass - 1988 RWD models.
Last year for the Custom Cruiser - 1990.

Plain - simple & pretty damn accurate if I say so myself.

Sweet score BTW.

What's this (2) nice survivor Ninety Eight's now ?.

Yes Pack Rat, the fern grey Ninety Eight makes #2. Ironically they both had the same mileage when I acquired them and they are now within 500 miles of each other.
