Gonna be selling a motor.

Hello, I am here because my 1980 Chevy c10 was converted from a diesel 350 to a Olds 350 back in the early 80's. It was pretty cool to see "Rocket" on the valve covers when I first opened the hood. At some point I am going to sell the complete motor/tranny once I figure out what it is worth.

A 455 bolts in place of the 350, and makes for a killer tow vehicle. I did the 455 swap on my dads 81 GMC, it will pull a camper or car hauler with ease, even with the lousy 3,08 gears. I have all the parts to swap in 3.73 gears and a 700r4 trans, that will make a nice driving truck even better. Just not enough hours in the day.

I would be interested in the mounts on the frame. I have a 81 pickup with a 305 and SM465, and would like to drop in an Olds 350/TH350 - since I have a good one sitting around.

If both your engine and transmission work good, You can probably figure on $500 for the pair, or $300 each. If they are rebuilders, they aren't worth much.
