I have a 1950 olds. 98 4dr. in very good condition for its age. Its been in the garage for the better part of the last 40 years and I want to repair what age has taken its toll on, which isnt much, and am currently trying to find a sponsor. Does anyone have any ideas or good experiences with other sponsorship companies? I do draw the line on what I will allow (another project they wanted to wrap the exterior in a vinyl wrap with their logo on it), but am open to ideas and am willing to compromise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sponsor?
I've seen some 80s G bodies on 24" rims with Frosted Flakes or Resses Pieces logos painted or vinyled on the sides. I've often wondered if the owner gets money from the displayed logo's company, or if they just do it to because they like it?
I also heard that you can sell the space on the side of your car to advertisers. I read an article on this not too long ago; however, it seemed like a gimmic that you could take part in if you wanted a cheaper car lease. Plus, I guess it is only common in big cities...
If I were in your shoes I would just put what money you save into the car and then do with it what you want. No need to have a sponsor.

Sponsorship??? Good luck with that. If you had a mainstream car, you MIGHT be able to find a company attempting to market a product or service for that car, but a more-door 1950 is hardly mainstream.
