Gauge restoration

Can the speedometer and gauge cluster on a '67 Delmont 88 be taken apart to replace the plastic lenses? I have the dash apart and it looks like with a little careful prying it can be but I don't want to mess it up.

Thanks,
Chris

Assuming they are like a body gauges yes you can bend back one or two of the crimps and then remove the lens. If the lens just has light scratches and not gouges I have found metal polish like simi chrome ( or similar products) works really well to remove fine scratches and the lens will look better than new. Once complete reassemble and just bend the crimps back
