Need help with 65 cutlass steering wheel

Trying to tackle ta steering wheel install on my 65 cutlass. The original wheel was just hanging on with a loose nut. It looks like I’m missing parts. I’m just not sure what parts I’m missing. The new wheel and hub are from forever sharp. If someone can walk me through this that would be great thanks.
