73 --> 1973
3XB17 --> Oldsmobile X-Body = Omega Hatchback 2-door
L --> produced in Van Nuys
37197 --> unit number

913 --> Trim combination number, but do not have further details
A52 --> should be the seats, but the 73 Omega bucket seats would be A51 - so what would be A52?
11 --> cameo white body color
D --> paint code, wonder what D would be? just know of L, E and W in the 70ties

01d --> time build code, January Week 4
7 --> ?
23081 --> ?

Would love to see a pic of the number plate

 

TR913 = Wedgewood blue vinyl bench seat interior
A52 = Bench seat
11 = Cameo White paint
D = either blue paint stripe or blue vinyl top
