I don't know what the paint code is for your lower dash but the trim tag indicates your interior is blue. Here is the breakdown.

04B = time build code = April (04), second week of that month (B), 1968

The numbers to the right of the time build code (016661 & 190097) seem to be unique to Fremont, CA, assembled cars and no one that I know of knows what these numbers mean.

ST 68 = style/model year = 1968

33687: 3 = GM division = Oldsmobile; 36 = model series = Cutlass V8; 87 = body type = holiday coupe

BF = assembly plant = Fremont, CA

03736 BODY = Fisher body number (no relation whatsoever to your VIN)

TR 953 = interior color and front seat type = blue vinyl interior with a split bench seat

880 = option code but I don't know how to break this

D D PAINT = lower body color and upper body color = sapphire blue for both

I believe the paint code for your dash can be found in the assembly manual, if you have one.

It's not 880, it's B80, which I have as indicating roof drip moldings.

The problem with that tag is that it has been painted over so many times (or painted once with very thick coat of paint) that the paint is starting to obscure the letters and numbers. The B80 looking like 880 is an examle of this.

You'll need either a Color & Fabric Book or a Body Parts Manual to get the dash paint code matching the data plate's trim code. Sometimes a PPG-Ditzler or R-M paint chip sheet will have it.
