Original application?

I found this in the parts stash. I was thinking it may be
the original from my 70 442 project with a Jan build. Or the one from a 67 4-speed C/S that I used to own. Anyone know?

The master cylinder you have is for all Oldsmobile's from 1968-1972 with drum brakes. The two letter code stamped on the half moon grind mark, on the top front should be "CT". It may be applicable for earlier and later years. It was a fairly universal master for all GM divisions. The casting number will stay the same, but there are other letter code stamps used for said master. Hope this helps.
