Dual Horn Air Cleaner Application
I'm thinking that may be a home-cooked job. The LH snorkel is 74-later since it's set up for an OAI tube. The RH snorkel looks Chevy or Buick with that small diameter round bell. Also unusual to see one with hot air tube provisions on both sides. Usually a dual snorkel had one hot air tube port active and the other one just sealed off the snorkel until car had warmed up.
There were four different dual-snorkel air cleaners used by Olds over the years, and none of them looked like this. There was the original Toro air cleaner with the two small snorkels, the 68-69 O.A.I. air cleaner with the two straight snorkels, the 71-72 442 air cleaners with one long tapered and one short straight snorkel, and the similar G-body 442 air cleaners.
Late-60s GTOs used air cleaners with two tapered snorkels, but both snorkels were the same size.

And don't forget that the '57 J2 had a dual snorkel as well- the late one with the paper element like '58...the '58 had different length snorkels than '57

Here's the toro cleaner with the smaller diameter snorkels...Wonder why they went with such small air inlets?
But if you look at the base of the air can, it has the same small round indents that are shown in the original ebay ad. What is the ebay dual snorkel base from?

The 64 dual snorkel. Dont know if you could get it on 66 and 67 models....

Here's the one for 71/72 without the lid (which is the same as reg 4bbl lid)

To me, it looks like a mid-to late-70's Olds 4bbl. air cleaner (note the slot inside the driver side snorkel to hold the plastic air duct) with a 2-bbl snorkel from a Buick V6 or Chevy air cleaner added to the right side. I'll bet there's no deflector inside the base in front of the smaller snorkel opening. That's a detail that's usually overlooked when making a replica dual-snorkel unit.
The 2 notches in the base show it's an Olds air cleaner. They're for the upper radiator hose and the engine lift strap that was on all Olds V8's.

This is my 98's engine with the "optional" dual snorkle air cleaner.
