Do you need the shaft and linkage bits or just the plate itself? There are a small handful of different choke plate styles for Qjets, but most early Olds Qjets are good donors. Be aware that the screws have staked ends and will break if you try to unscrew them. You need to carefully grind or file the staking off the ends of the screws before backing them out. Also note that the Olds carbs used a choke lockout lever that extended from the air horn when the choke is closed to hold the secondary air valves closed also.

This vendor sells used Qjet choke plates, shafts, etc, but frankly it will be cheaper to buy a complete parts carb.

Here's a picture of the secondary lockout:

the throttle cable ? That's not part of the carb.

from altering a BUNCH of these I recall one big diff on the choke shaft- whether the RH actuating link is smished in place as seen above on the divorced choke carb, or if it is held to the choke shaft by a screw. The two are not interchangeable.

I suggest a complete parts carb and use the entire top, called the air horn. Or get a new air horn if possible.

Do you know the number of the carb you are reviving?
