Vent window rubber replacement?

Any tips or videos on how to replace the rubber seal around the door vent window?

YouTube has video's of this on a Chevelle I think. You need to remove pop rivets and then re rivet when done. The frame needs separation to install rubber.

Do not remove rivet that hinges the glass. Pick the 2 that hold the frame together.
