I have been replacing all the weather stripping on my 442. I am about to replace the vent window channel strip that the crank window rides up in. My question is "do the door panels need to be removed to replace the channel strip? It kind of looks like it does or is there a simpler way? Thanks for your help.....

 

Door panels have to come off in order to pull the vent window frames out.

The frames have to be removed to replace the vent window seals and the window channel seal.


If there is an easier way I couldn't figure it out.
