Lower steering column bearing

Can some one explain me how I get the lower steering column bearing back on his place?

Nobody ?????

I cant get the bearing in place....must i loosing something ???

I am not sure what year of steering column you are working on, but Jim Shea is a retired Saginaw engineer that wrote "how to" instructions for most of these GM columns.
