Steering Column Lower Bearing
#3
What's wrong with the old one?
The one on my car was pretty rusty and crunchy, and I just took it apart, cleaned it well, re-greased it, and put it back together and it works great.
This is not a high-speed or high-load bearing.

You can just buy new ***** for the bearing..... I think less than 20 bucks should get you them.
You could try ordering some from these guys - http://capitolbearing.net/

I have one its part number m240043 in the opgi catalog. I paid around $60 for it but it looks like it might be the same part from the link above that's selling for $30 (gotta love opgi). If it will work for you're year you can have it for $30 shipped priority.
