65 Dynamic 88 Rear Door locks

65 Dynamic 88 Rear Door locks
I'm been trying to get my rear door to open to no avail. The mechanism looks rusted and might be stuck, but I would like to know if anybody has any advice. I really don't know how the door lock works so that might be a helpful tip. all help very much appreciated.
