The first thing I see is the drain pan is yellow and not black as described.

HA citicapp if someone in congress was selling it it would first need to be registered, background checked and only allowed to hold 7 quarts and need a HAZMAT placard and an OSHA approved spill basin. This drain pan is clearly an assault drain pan as it holds 18 quarts and all . Then it would need an instructional video on shortcuts explaining how to screw the customer. Then filter through 27 layers of government for approval which will cost $80,000 per/ea approval step. Then a service fee and then yes finally add in the tax (state federal and local).
Should have just added a few zeros to the 4.5gals and purchased a 45000 gallon tank outright from a small local tank shop...cuz thats mow much you'll need to contain all the BS!
See what you started Joe
