I figured out long ago that the more you put up the more you have to take back down- and usually on a 25° day!🥶
I put up one fresh wreath with bow on the cabin and an ancient lighted fake wreath on one of the outbuildings. Both can be seen from the road going by the house.
Used to put up a couple strings of C9 lights on the camellia bush and those could be seen from the main road. But, they require a ladder to put them on and take them back off, and this doddering old man has no business on a ladder.
I have seen some very nice decorations in my travels last few days. Seen some tacky mess too, but airboddy to they own thang!
