Olds Trivia question....
Those don't look like the correct hubcaps on that Cutlass.
The picture is the lone 1977 Toronado XSR. Still around from what I hear. It didn't become a production model because the T-tops leaked, a lot. The Toro XS got a sunroof.
Or were you referring to the P38 in the background?

Okay I didn't realize how incredibly easy this question was going to be, but I'll go ahead. This is going to be sort of like Pat's multiple level questions.
In the movie Fargo, Macy's character works for his father-in-law at an Oldsmobile dealership. What was the name of the dealership?
Also, what is the name of the real dealership now and where is it, and why?

Excellent, Pat. And the astute might have noticed that Wally McCarthy Cadillac has a banner ad right here on CO.
The dealer was actually Oldsmobile-Cadillac at the time of the movie, but I don't recall seeing anything to do with Cadillac when they showed the place.

Mike, maybe it was the "true coat" that was interfering with your sight!
Damn, now I have to come up with the next question!

This one maybe too easy. On the final 500's, certain vehicles when purchased received a certain specialty from Oldsmobile. What was it and what cars actually received it? Even though they all should have gotten it.

Besides the 1970 W-30, W-31, and W-32, what other 1970 model was the W-27 aluminum rear axle available as an option? And what was the mandatory option that was required with the W-27 on that model?
Wow, you really know your Oldsmobile's.
Never heard of one factory installed, but the W-27 was available on the Rallye 350. Not sure why the power disc brakes was a mandatory option. But then again, disc brakes were standard/required on the W-30, W-31, & W-32.
Also never heard of a W-30 with the factory disc brake delete option, which is noted on the dealer order sheet. I assume if you elected this option, you could not get the W-27 option.

I haven't seen that movie in years, but as I recall, In the beginning it was a nice 70 Supreme Convertible, but for most of the movie, it transformed into a worn out 71 Supreme Convertible...

O.K. I'll throw in the towel!
First part 1970 drop top 442, that car had a 71-72 front bumper on it.
second part 1972 drop top supreme.
With that being said, since 1969w3155 had the closest answer, he gets the nod for the next question.

I never could find a definite id for the 2nd Olds in that movie. So, here's the next question. In the painting "Setting The Pace" in which an Olds Limited is depicted racing a train, What was the name of the train, note: not a nickname, but what it was called by it's manufacturer.

You have the floor.
