New Gas Lines on 75 Cutlass

In the midst of installing 2 new gas lines on 75 Cutlass.
I bought Prebent steel lines from inline.
I got the old lines and clamps out.
After dropping the dual exhaust and dual hump tranny brace down, I have the new lines in position and1st 4 new clamps on, not sure if I can do the one beside the right rear wheel.
Taking a break before I tackle the last 4 clamps out of soreness. Car is jacked up on 6x6’s
The clamp up behind the back seat isn’t going to be easy.
I will feel better they are replaced when it’s done. My old steel brake lines failed a few years ago.
I can tell you, it’s not an easy job so far without a hoist and body on. Take your time. I had to drill 2 holes to access the clamp bolts from inside the car beside the right rear tire and up behind the middle of rear seat.
I will be glad when it’s done.

Good luck getting those clamps installed. Provide pics if you can.

Can you unbolt the body mounts on the right side and just jack the body on the right side to give you more access?

I probably could have unbolted them on the right side and jacked the body up. I didn’t want to get into that to be honest. That would have probably lead me to change all the mounts out.

Here are the holes I drilled to remove the bolts out of the clamps. Used 1/4” drive 1/2” socket. Pushed the 1/4” extension through into the 1/4” drive 1/2” socket.
If I can’t get the clamps back on those 2 areas, they may have to wait until I or someone else puts them when they do the body mounts sometime.
