Mostly been hanging out on ROP but since 1/2 the time you can't get on I thought I would check this place out.
I always seem to have 3-4 projects at once and nothing gets finished so about a year ago I picked up my 66 Cutlass and have been selling off other projects and collecting parts for this one.
Plans are original perfection restoration on the body but fully modifed drivetrain , suspension ,and brakes
In the works are built Edelbrock headed 455 ,TK0600, 3.73 8.5 axle, SC&C stageII+, 18 x 9 / 18 x 10 Intro wheels with 255-40 and 285-40 tires.

The car is a 67K mile survivor original paint original interior car. Here are a few pics. I trimmed the stock springs and put some temporary tires and wheels for Good Guys last fall. Those are sold and gone so its back on stock 14's and no hub caps for now. I sold my long time 78 Malibu race car project a few weeks ago and ordered a lot of my parts. I now need to get rid of the 13.6 to 1 406 from that car to have money for the BBO.

 

Damn, I love those rims. Real Sharp.
