I am so sorry about beaner. I had to also send my lab/chow mix to the rainbow bridge end of april. It is never easy but they should not suffer because of our love for them. God bless beaner and your family. Grieve and get another one asap.

 

Im a beaner . Well US. born beaners but its in the blood lol. Sorry i had to go there ., all in good fun. But After reading this thread the first time i saw it ., it makes me truly take more appreciation for my dog. He follows me like glue. He gets the best of the best or as best as i can afford. When im in the garage he is there with me . When im sick he knows and he comes up and just endlessly will lick me and lick me and lay next to me. When my ex and i split up she took the dog we bought . Not only was i bummed out but so was my dog and it was the saddest thing to witness. Poor boy was lost and confused we raised them together. I never thought i could bond with a dog like that but it hurt me more to loose the dog than the girl . I have learned alot from my dogs . I know the thread is a little old but i hope in time you find beaner #2.
