Hood stripes?

Are the Phoenix graphics stripes for 1969 442 the most correct, do they have the thin stripe that runs along the trunk and over the tail lights? Or wide stripes like the front? Glossy, satin, flat finish? Thanks

"Paint" would be "most correct". The factory stripes weren't decals.

And the paint was gloss. Some specifics of the hood stripes can be found on manual section 1-4, page 400 of the assembly manual. The same can be found for the trunk/tail light stripe in the same section, page 402. I gave copies of these two pages to a painter and he was able to put the stripes on my car for me. My car originally came with the Y73 hood stripes (page 401) but they just didn't show up well enough for me!

Maybe I should say this another way, car is painted already. Looking for stripes that are the proper measurements, or close to original. Phoenix claims to be very close? I'm aware the originals were painted. Thanks again

We used stencils from Phoenix but this is paint and the trunklid stripe looks good as well.
