Probably need to replace the upper and lower control arm bushings. Your picture is of the 2 upper. There are also 2 lower. You might try shooting a little silicone lubricant in them, but that is at best a temporary fix of the symptom of worn out bushings.
It is a pretty big job. You need to remove the control arms, which entails removing, or at least taking all the load off the spring so you can remove and reinstall the bushings. Many people also take the occasion to replace the ball joints unless they are fine. This is not my car, but I did the same job and also replaced the springs and converted from power drum brakes to power disk brakes since everything is pretty much off the car.
Here is a link that goes through the whole front end rebuild. https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums...tml#post264807

Finally finished my a frame bushings. I changed the upper ball joints too. The previous owner by the looks of it never greased them. Car is quiet like it should be now.
Glad it went well!
I recently rebuilt my front end with the extensive help of Rob's front end rebuild thread.
The alignment shop even knocked $10 off of my alignment because everything was new and they didn't have to bust any bolts loose.
