1964 Olds Cutlass holiday coupe resto

I need some help - Originally the 64 Cutlass 330 4v holiday coupe had like mylar black tape over the Top radiator tank hold down BRACKET this is the bracket bolted to the radiator & fender brace Does anybody know what this was & how to get it? I think it was a Oldsmobile quick way to cover the open slots in the bracket any ideas - Oldsmobile Heritage Division knows what I'm talking about but can't identify the material?
The vacuum hoses on the car I think there were stampings on the hoses from the vac advance - old style egr valve to dashpot carb also the brake booster hose anybody know what they were & were to get the correct stamped hoses ? Oh 1 of the might've had a stripe of some color can't identify need your help
Last the interior window trim for the headliner I have new set from opgi need to paint correct color where they the same colour as the headliner (the interior is white) or some neutral colour I want to paint the plastic trim need sample to pick same/close color match
Thx

There is no EGR valve on a 1964 Oldsmobile. If you don't have a set of the factory service manuals, I would strongly suggest that you get them.

Got it. That's an early PCV valve.
