Has anyone removed a dash on a 67 Ninety Eight olds if so what all needs to be done, I need to remove my speedometer I’m thinking there’s a problem in the printed circuit board. Thanks

I doubt it. Why do you think it's a problem with the circuit board? I wouldn't disassemble the dash without a Factory Service Manual and Chassis Service Manual. Check to see if they're available at Fusick:

Dash

I’ve check’d all fuses and also the back side of the fuse panel, I’ve check’d the plug going on to the circuit board and have power to on plug, I also put in a new headlight switch turn it all the way counter clockwise and still no instrument lights.

Validate you have a ground connection to the dash instrument cluster (panel).

Review the dash IP ground locations in the 1967 Product Information Manual [PIM] (AKA Assembly Manual).

NOTE: Below are ground strap locations located in the 1969 PIM. Again - this is NOT from the 1967 PIM. I do not have the 1967 PIM. You "might" glean some information from this diagram (below). Again, this is NOT from the 1967 PIM.

Unfortunately, despite using nearly the same instrument pods, the backside of a 1967 Olds full size dash is completely different than the backside of a 1969 Cutlass dash.

Purchase a 1967 Product Information Manual (PIM) from Hairy Olds. You should have this essential manual in your library.
