HEI Help with ICM

www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2yEu1g5trw

Found this video on YouTube and CO from CopperCutlass
I'm having some problems determining If I have spark or not.
455, new build on engine stand, Proform Distributor with new Cap, Rotor, Coil and ICM
Did the same test as in the video and had the same result.
Tested the coil - OK
Tested the pickup coil - OK
Engine at TDC on Number One cylinder, Rotor pointing at Number One cylinder on Compression stroke at about 10degrees before TDC
New MSD wires tested - OK
Distributor has confirmed 12V constant with main power ON.
All grounds test good.
Rolled engine over with start button - plug wire connected to sparkplug not installed and grounded to the block
NO SPARK

Is there a multimeter test I can do to check the ICM ?

Does the distributor lose power when cranking?

Maybe try these steps. Will need a helper to crank.

You can’t ground the plug wire. There has to be a 1/4 to 1/2” gap to ground for the coil to arc.

Just hold the wire while someone cranks the engine...
