Poor seal on the convertible header panel. 75 Royale

The header panel on my 75 Delta 88 is leaking air when the roof is closed. It's real obvious when it rains and water is dripping from the header. It's definately leaking more toward the center of the header.

I installed a new roof seal last year to fix the problem and while it's better, it's not fixed. I think the header must be bent somehow. It's tight on the ends where the latches are, but looser in the center. I can actually pass a sheet of paper thru to the outside of the car.

Any thoughts? Make a custom seal that's taller in the center? Bend the header panel somehow to get the center tighter to the windshield?

Thanks much for any solution! It's real irritating when hitting bugs at night when the bug guts come floating into the car from the gap in the header panel.

have you adjusted the latches to make it pull closed tighter?

The latches are tight, perhaps too tight. The issue is that the bow still has a gap in the center that lets air and water thru to the inside.
