A former Chevy guy!

Hello all thank you for weloming to the site! I am picking up a 67 Cutlass on Monday (already left a deposit), I went to go see the car in person and that was all it took! The car is in really good shape normal parking lot dings but no major rust and it is pretty straight and unmolested!
The car is equipped with I believe it is the 330 motor and the 350 transmission, drum brake car. looking to go the pro-touring route with this project. I would like to see what it would take to beef up the stock motor.

Does anyone know if a GM 6 speed can be mounted to the stock olds motor, with an adapter?

Welcome to the site, and nice find. Look up gearheads78, He is working on a project that sounds like it might be similar to what you have in mind. posting title is "last pic of it together" in it you will find good information. I would ask him the technical questions about the mods directly. Good guy, and knows his stuff.

A few pics

This before I took it from the previous owners house:

The rear quarter was where they had crap in the trunk and it "flung" around hitting the corners
