Looking for former owner 71 Blk Supreme Chicago area
Recently purchased a 1971 Cutlass Supreme in the Chicago area (Volo Car Sales). I know the car has been in at least one car show because of the typical info card. Vehicle is all black with silver stripes on hood and trunk lid.
Rebuilt 350 4bbl, A/C, tubo 350, his n her shifter, halo blk vinyl top, chrome Olds wheels and alum rear end cover, red fenderwells (pretty hard to miss that on a black car). Overall the car is in good condition with some minor tuning issues. At some point the body will need to be gone thru. Excellent restoration candidate, but for now it looks pretty good.
If anyone knows the who the former owner was I'd like to know the following.
What is the extent of the engine rebuild. Specifically the cam used and compression ratio.
Any help would be appreciated.
